11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this website and all claims arising therefrom are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding conflict of laws rules and—to the extent permitted—the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Bremgarten AG (Bremgarten District Court), unless mandatory statutory jurisdictions take precedence. For consumers domiciled in Switzerland, mandatory consumer protection provisions, in particular the consumer jurisdiction pursuant to Art. 32 of the Swiss Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO), remain reserved.
